Characteristics:

• Lightweight - about 5 kg/m, much lighter than ceramic tile, allows quick and easy assembly. Lightweight strength directly influence the structure, lowering its costs, without negative effects in terms of sustainable construction. Description:
Metal tiles MBS^® has a steel core covered on both sides with one layer of zinc on the surface protected by a layer of passivation visible, one primer and one polyester paint and varnish on the back with epoxy.
Basic protection is provided by the layer of zinc on both sides. Electroplating process of tiles MBS^® is a powerful, raw material for tile is subjected to a continuous improvement process and is performed by renowned steel producers.
Passivation layer is preparing galvanized layer for subsequent layers, ensuring their long-term adherence.
Primer is a primer layer, which adheres very well last layer, the epoxy or the polyester varnish, so that will keep color longer.
Lake epoxy 10 mm on the inside provide extra protection against corrosion.
Outside, on the most exposed to various environmental actions, tile is provided with a layer of shiny polyester (PE 25 µm) or matt (MPE 30 µm).
