Characteristics:
1. MBS^® Metallic tiles covered with natural stone combines a waterproof system that can withstand extreme climatic conditions. Closing is done using special nails that stick upward to eliminate the risk of being wrenched off by wind action (see installation guide of MBS^® metallic tiles covered with stone).
2. Durability: Each tile is made of stone covered with top quality steel, protected and treated with Aluzinc. On both sides of the tile is applied anti-corrosion coating, primer and then a dense layer of acrylic. To gain strength, color and texture tiles of natural stone granules are added which ends with a final coat of acrylic enamel.
3. Sound insulation: Grit of volcanic rock on top of metal tiles pulverizeata raindrops, thus eliminates the noise of precipitation.
4. Color: tiles are available in a wide range of natural colors and shades: Brown, Red, Charcoal, Terracotta etc.
5. Weight: a weight of 6.6 kg/sqm. Weight of metal covered with natural stone tiles are only 1/6 of a concrete tile. Any project that is covered with stone tiles in view will benefit from substantial savings and benefits using lightweight materials and structures. Following the instructions for assembling tiles can be used with natural stone coated metal, even from a slope of 10 degrees.
